Who We Are

Building Self-Reliant Communities Since 1998

IRDC was established by a group of young men and women determined to help the poor and underprivileged improve their socio-economic status. Founded on the belief that people have the inherent power to solve their own problems — they simply need opportunity, resources, and rights.

Our development philosophy is humanist, holistic, and people-centered — empowering communities to take responsibility for their own sustainable development.
